Wildlife Explorers manned a busy stand at the April Treacle Market.
As well as selling RSPB pocket money goods we also provided discerning shoppers with a selection of pin badges, WOW tickets, nestbox guards, nestboxes and shopping bags!
Face painting proved very popular again (thank you Liz!) and a number of adults went away transformed into lions and spidermen!
Junior Leaders also helped young visitors to make bug homes to take home.
We also gave away 50 free climate change guides and distributed countless WOW leaflets, WEx programmes, childrens magazines and general RSPB information supporting our Giving Nature a Home Campaign.
Thank you to all of our brilliant Treacle Volunteers and everyone who supported our stall.
